When u play fortnite nothing will render in, but on warzone it is just like really bad lag

What is the full model or product number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. Here is a guide to help you find it:  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07555

 

Also, you should check the servers for Fortnite.  All of the servers for most games are being over-whelmed by the extreme number of people on the Internet.  These are not normal times.
