I recently purchased the laptop HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15z-ec2000 from the website on the 26th of December with little issues. The estimated arrival date was a bit far off being on the 21st of next month however I understand the delays due to current times. However on the 27th I revived strange phone calls from a number [Phone number] claiming to be your company asking for information to verify my order, this number does not match any HP provided numbers from your website so I took it as a scam call. Later that day i went to check my order to see if it had been shipped and to my surprise it had been declined. I received no email or text notice of the decline and the most alarming part was that the nearly $700 I spent on said laptop was not deposited back into my bank. When I tried to call your help center it hung up almost instantly after I pressed the button to speak with a representative.
