Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC doesn't recognize HP Reverb. I just received it today 12/18 and it doesn't work. I've tried everything that I could think of.

It has power since there is a white light on the power supply the was provided. all the cables are plugin.

Can you help me out?
