The memory module specs list CL between 15 and 19, with freq between 2666MHz and 3733MHz. As you can see below, I'm getting CL of 22 at a slow 1600MHZ! Am I looking at this wrong? If not, can it be fixed? I looked in BIOS and didn't find any adjustments.

FURY Plug N Play memory will run in DDR4 systems up to the speed allowed by the manufacturer’s system BIOS. PnP cannot increase the system memory speed faster than is allowed by the manufacturer’s BIOS. FURY Plug N Play DDR4 products support XMP 2.0 specifications so overclocking can also be achieved by enabling the built-in XMP Profile.

Your motherboard does not fully support this type of module!
There is not much possibility, especially if the motherboard does not have the function like here:

The PC is the GT13-1284 with the Hana motherboard. The specs don't fess up to the dirty little secret that the motherboard won't take advantage of CL < 22. Bad form HP!

What I did was run cpu-z to see what my recommended timings on the memory would be and copied it over to AMD Ryzen Master.  I am running non-stock memory also, G.Skill 32gb 3600 Tridentz RGB kit 16x2, and it works great.  I believe there is another bios update past the F.12 but I didn't bother since AMD Master program is working for me.  You can set the memory timings in the BIOS for the F.12 version reboot and smash the F10 key and go to Advanced under there you apply an XMP profile (which was broken timings for me) or choose custom, I did custom and it would save but on windows task manager it would show the 2667 speed as it wasn't applying the BIOS settings.

So to get mine to work I included the memory in AMD Ryzen Master and set the following as picture describes, use half speed since its dual channel (IE: 3600mhz = 1800), hit apply, rebooted good to go. Apps needed CPUz for Info display, Newest AMD Ryzen Master.  Here is my screen shots and task manager view of set speed.  There are a few You Tube videos also walking you through the Omen 30l or omen 25.
