Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

First of all good day, second asthe title says my power supply for my pre-built PC failed (more exactly its cooling fan failed, but we're not sure if its pulling enough voltage either). It's less than a month old so yes I will check the warranty but it took almost a month to get here and I'm impatient and might just bypass it and get a compatible power supply. What do y'all reccomend?

@lordgoopy , welcome to the Community.

 

The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP.  There are several that you can choose from: 310W (L64961-800), 400W (L04618-800) and 500W (L05757-800).  As I stated, these will have to be ordered directly from HP.  You can contact HP Customer Support to see if they are available in your country.

 

Here is a chart to show you where I got the information.  Your exact model is not in the chart, but all of the TG01 series have the same connectors.
