Problème cpu a 100% dans les jeux

Bonjour , cela fais plusieurs jour que j'ai un soucis avec mon ordinateur OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 880-009nf

Dés que je joue a un jeu , le jeu prend 100% de la charge de mon cpu ce qui entraine des freezes et des chutes de fps dans les jeux

OMEN by HP 880-009nf Desktop PC Product Specifications
your computer, in its original configuration, would allow you to play certain games comfortably.
You don't say if it worked well before with these games, or if they are newer games
Is the computer in its original configuration?
With you installed something in the meantime, a peripheral driver, a brand new version of windows, precisely your exact version (1909, 2004 ..)
In short, any additional information can be useful.
