Problems fresh win11 install

on install recovery blue screen error no page error

Unfortunately, I'm completely out of ideas.

it restarted and atm its on desktop blue wavy screen sayind administrator preparing windows.....but its done this before yesterday

its restarted and went back to recovery manager window saying " recovery attempt has failed. select on of following buttons. save log - details - retry

so ive tried and tried to instal cloud recovery tool but it keeps failing get to blue admin desktop screen restarts few tiem blue screen errors with qr codes back to blue admin screen then reboots and failt back to its restarted and went back to recovery manager window saying " recovery attempt has failed. select on of following buttons. save log - details - retry.-

shoudl bios detect nmve ssd as all it shows is the wd sata only wd wd-black gen4 sdcpnry-`t00-1106 it doesnt show both as main os boot option

I think its either the motherboard /ssd or both are the fault

im going to try flash the bios then fresh install to then set gpt to sata as main and install see whathappens,,,,as i can only try ...as if it is both mthbrd n ssd along with £500 repair feee i can go buy a i5 for that price

Hi Paul

So i tried the bios usb and it failed to auto start it and run the bios update... and bluescreen with qr code error then restarted with error recovery.

then even selected f10 set usb prio and still failed to install.

i have nothing else to try other than clean both drive set sata as prio gpt then run cloud recovery to the sata and see from there..if i can get it to desktop il install assistant wares install all then run win update...

Though ive a funny feeling il not get that far....

So if I was to get repaired by hp ie best2serve as says in case number as they are hp repair partner in eu.

Is this genuine as there's other people asking the same is it a scam etc. Do you know
