RGB

Hi, I believe I saw on the specs for my pc that it had rgb, however I was unable to see if there was any preinstalled software because I wiped the preincluded ssd to use my old one so I could keep my data.

The only mention of RGB in the specifications is the front fan.  Here is the "Interactive Part Locator": http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06592760

If you scroll down to the "Front View" it shows the RGB fan.
