Anythings possible. There was an alert recently that cumulative update KB4515384 was breaking internet connections, no matter if its WiFi or Ethernet. I don't know if that is your particular case, but you could always try reverting back to a previous restore point prior to that update. Or even uninstall the update.

One of my desktops was intermittently cutting out on wifi and I had to uninstall it.

Worth a try maybe?

The problem still exists. There seems no way to fix it. I shall wait for a new driver from Reltek or HP to release.

It's driving me crazy now.. I don't know how to fix this? should I claim a warranty to replace it?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
