Reset of whole pc

hello my PC Has extrem bad fps and i wana reset it.

My question is can i reset the pc so it is on the point where i bought it ?

You can if your PC is supported by the HP Cloud recovery tool.

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

Ok thanks for the answer sadly i reset the pc before your answer but it seem to works the fps are not great but atleast it works a lil better.
