HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C8AV)

Hello, im really lost since once o search my serial number it sends me to TP01-2000A but i bough my pc right here:"" HP Gaming R5 RX 5500 Gaming Desktop, AMD Ryzen 5-5600G, AMD Radeon RX 5500, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Black, Windows 11 Home, TG01-2003w https://www.walmart.com/ip/811088984 ""

Which says it is the TG01-2003w, but really both of them dont make sense, since ive been looking around nothing make sense, my graphic card died, a RX 5500, cant seem to find the exact same one to replace it so ive been looking for replacements,  but my issue is that does pc that hp gave the specs to arent what mine has, so i look to see what names does the motherboard says, which is ID19 Erica3_Erica5 Rev: A, but cant find that one nowhere, so idk which graphic card to replace my broken one with , also the power supply is 400w gold 80+,  i will appriciate some help with which gen ks the X16pcie , so i can try finding a replacement similar tl the rx5500, but also it doesnt make sence that it had that one because erica 6 and erica 5 uses gen3 pcie , all of this make me lost on which graphic card to choose

It can be very confusing when buying HP computers from third-party sellers.  They have them built to their specifications to meet their price points.  This means that they are not always the same as the HP model.  Here are the "Product Specifications" for your computer on HP's website.

Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when adding or upgrading a video card.  The two main considerations are 1) the length of the card and 2) the amount of power required to run it properly.  I believe that the motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP, if necessary.  Once you have read the article you will have a better idea of which video cards can replace your failed card.
