I got this message from @HP yesterday:

“As per the team’s update, a fix for this specific issue should be included in an upcoming update. We’ve made them aware of the situation, but we’re unable to confirm an exact ETA for the release at this time.”

This sounds like "we are not going to make it anytime soon"...
Clearly HP has no interest on how the brand image is left after this lack of concern towards part of their customer base.
I learned an important lesson indeed, but a costly one. Never again.

As per @Riddle_Decipher, the much-anticipated BIOS/TPM update is now available: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/swdetails/omen-by-hp-25l-gaming-desktop-pc-gt14-0000a/210089374... and includes the following fix, quote:

"Fixes a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) verification issue that causes errors to occur when Autopilot or Intune are used to setup a new device. This issue prevents some games from running due to Digital Rights Management (DRM) check failures."

I'm having this exact same issue when I attempt to install this to my Omen desktop. I'm on the latest BIOS version.
