Hi guys where do I write complaints to HP? As I have had a very terrible experience with a return of my Omen desktop. Sorry if I am coming off hostile but it is getting completely ridiculous now.. and how my return was dealt with. I had two claims for my return. The 1st claim was a drop off return that for some weird reason didn't make it to the warehouse and actually got returned to me. I asked why it got returned back to me and apparently there was some confusion with parcel force etc.. Anyways I decided to start a second return but this time being a collection and a few days after the collection was requested I received an automated email saying the items that I returned weren't the correct ones. How is that possible though? If I haven't returned it yet and I am being told the items that I returned weren't in the box. As that email was sent on the 18th of August and as you can see on my return tracking (xxxxx) it was collected on the 19th of August. 1 day after the supposed email of apparently me not returning the correct item. Which is impossible as the item was collected by a parcel force courier the day after that email was sent and I have all the sufficient evidence proving it is the right one. So I'd like some update, it has been a week now and if I do not get a response I will have to escalate this to a further authority (ombudsman/bank/legal) whatever it takes. I have been going back and forth with HP for over a month now..

hi

I'm sorry for this misadventure, I completely understand..
having already had problems returning under warranty
Unfortunately, there is no specific link that can be given.
I do not know if always the case, there was a link for France, but that we did not have for many other countries
All we can give is what's here

https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/company.html

if not in US, then you have to check by changing the country
