- Hi yes I was downloading packages for my sims 4 game and then I guess i clicked something and then a small white button came up( Can’t click it or anything and it stays in one spot) and it kicked me out of my download files. Now when I try to go back or exit out it won’t let me.

Use the Start menu to do a restart if the PC is not frozen. You will have to do a forced shutdown if the PC is frozen.
Cold start the PC if you had to do a forced shutdown. Try the download again.
Check the Sims 4 Forum for a possible solution if the same download problem recurs. Join this Forum. Start a new thread in this Forum if you cannot find an existing, relevant thread.
Regards
