Please do so and let me know what you observed.
Also, if you don't mind, please benchmark your system with your new RAM through UserBenchMark [dot] com from here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/resources/download/UserBenchmarkInstaller.exe, because it will provide valuable information -including the qualitative and quantitative comparison of your RAM's performance against other Kingston Fury Beast RAM users.
For example, for my upgraded HP EliteDesk 800 G5 SFF I happen to use right now, these scores were/are very helpful: HP EliteDesk 800 G5 SFF Performance Results - UserBenchmark.

Thank you for the bench testing: your PC is way -as in: wayyy underperforming. Surely, we can improve your GT12-1xxx desktop's general performance a hⓔll of a lot better.
What I am going to ask from you is going to take some time. But worth it.
So, prepare a cup of your favorite beverage, sit down, safely crack your knuckles, and implement EVERYTHING this link tells you to do: (13) Ultimate Windows 11 Gaming Performance Optimization Guide - YouTube.
Once you're done, restart your desktop, rerun the benchmark and report back.

Yes, it is better -gaming, desktop and workstation scores all improved, but there's something going on with your desktop that is preventing it from reaching its potential.
I need to think about it and do some research.
Will get back with you.

All right, I assume (please verify) that your desktop is fitted with a 500-watt CoolerMaster power supply, with HP p/n: M22295-001 ("Power Supply - 500W Persan3 FR"). Reason why I want to verify this, is because looking at the overall/systemic performance scores of your PC, it almost looks as if it is starved of power. That may not be the case, but should be looked into. If you happen to have one of those plug-in wattage meters, it would be interesting to me how much wattage your PC pulls, for example.
Next, please type in: msconfig in your Windows search bar, and enter.
Go to the "Boot" tab and click on "Advanced options...", after that check-off the Number of processors box and select the MAXIMUM number of processors. Click OK to save changes, then Apply, and OK again. You will be instructed to reboot your desktop, please do so.
Next, please implement these optimization steps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Re7QBz8BAfk.
Reboot, then run the UserBenchMark test again.
Report.

All right, we have made progress:
1.) Your processor's performance improved a whopping 20%:
2.) Your M.2 NVMe SSD / primary (boot) drive's performance improved approximately 57%:
Observation: your M.2 drive is pretty full (less than 14% space remaining), and it would help your PC's performance to move stuff from your M.2 drive -freeing space- to your secondary drive if at all possible.
3.) We need to improve your RTX 3060 graphics/gaming performance. One of my legacy HP desktop upgrade projects is an HP ProDesk 600 G4 MT, which is also fitted with an RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 graphics card: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Upgrading-to-an-HP-ProDesk-600-..., and performs very well as can be seen here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/59230686. Point is, we can significantly improve your GPU's performance by (gently) overclocking it, as seen with my RTX 3060:
This is what I would like you to do. Download and install the Asus freeware "GPU Tweak III" OC utility program from here: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/Graphic%20Card/Unique_Applications/GPU-Tweak-III-v1580.zip.
Run it, and you should see this screen show up after booting up your PC:
Notice that you can slide the "GPU Boost Clock" and the "Memory Clock" to different (OC) values, and make sure the "Power Target" is set at 100%.
Slide the GPU Boost Clock to 2063 MHz, and the Memory Clock to 17972 MHz. Then "Apply" and "Save" as default.
Restart your desktop, just (always) minimize this screen, and rerun the UserBenchMark test.
Please report back.

Well, your graphics score improved!
Still, with what you described throughout this discussion and your performance scores, makes me sort of wonder if your desktop needs more power.
Then again -as you confirmed, your desktop is fitted with a quality CoolerMaster 500-watt power supply, which should be sufficient.
In the unlikely event that you have a 600+ watt ATX power supply laying around, it would be interesting to see if the performance scores especially for your processor and graphics card would improve further.
