HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C8AV)

Hello, I have the HP Pavilion Desktop gaming PC that came with 8GB of RAM, the Ryzen 5 5600G CPU and an AMD RX 5500 video card. The included power supply is 400 watts, and I wanted to upgrade the video card but to do so I'll need a larger power supply. I know the power supply in the PC is proprietary by HP, but is there one I can get from HP that is larger so I can upgrade the video card? The part number for my power supply is L76557-001. The video card I want to get has a minimum power supply requirement of 500 watts, is there a larger power supply I can get from HP that fits this requirement? Thank you. When looking at my PC information by pressing Cntrl, Alt and S this is the information that shows:
Product name : HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2xxx

Motherboard ID : 8906

Processor name : AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics

Edit:

Will the 500 Watt power supply with the part number of L05757-800 be compatible with my desktop/motherboard?

@Squatch_31,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Yes, the 500-watt L05757-800 is compatible with your HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C8AV).

The 400-watt 7-pin "P2" power cable is black-empty-grey-green-empty-empty-empty, whereas the 500-watt 7-pin P2 power cable is black-empty-grey-green-black-white-red(/white).

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,

Hello, and thanks for the reply! I just want to clarify something, when I do the CTRL + ALT + S to see my system information, it shows my PC Product Name is:  HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2xxx. When I let the HP website auto detect my system it says it was the TP01-2000a, does this make a difference? Also when going into my About Your PC in Windows Settings it also shows my PC as HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2xxx. Is the 500 watt L05757-800 still compatible with my system?

Thanks so much!

@Squatch_31,

All right, to remove all doubt once and for all:

Type in system information in your Windows search bar and left-click on the System Information App.

You'll see something like this -using my HP ZBook Firefly as an example:

Please share/tell me what it says in the areas that I boxed in blue on your PC.
