Hello

 

I have bougth a Samsung Evo 870 SDD to replace the stock HDD on my OMEN 30L Desktop but have run into a problem where the SSD is not recognised by the computer. I'm also a bit of a novice and thought it would be a case of updating the BIOS but that appears different on this device. Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.

I worked it out...had to format drive through the disk manager...oops.
