The computer is brand new, so you have some time!
Dust can accumulate indeed, it will depend on the environment, and location of your computer
If the computer is new, it is certainly recommended to clean it, but beware of improper handling, and this can have the opposite effect, it is better to avoid opening it, and handling it too often..
I would advise you to simply check the air inlets/outlets, and remove what may be obstructing them
Then check if the computer is overheating, encountering problems, and there open to check
You can use this type of software, and check the temperatures from time to time!
