OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-1050no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i bought my pc i got wrong date on my warranty. It was starting on october 2019, thus i bought my pc 3/2-2020.

Over 1 month i have spoken to 4 different agents on hp.(1 every week). Everyone say that they gonna help me. I send in reciep and every paper that shows i own and bought my pc from hp.

After that nothing. They promise to mail me or phone me. Nothing.

Everytime i talk so someone they say they gonna fix the problem but nothing happens.

4 different people and no solution. Cant be that hard to change a date on a warranty?

I feel like im beeing scammed here.

Hi @hank266

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here:
