Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I own an HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop and need to upgrade it's RAM. Instead of buying 2x8 gig sticks of RAM, I want to just purchase a second stick of the same type of RAM that is already in my system, as it is much easier and less expensive. The only problem is that I do not know what the name of the RAM in my system is. If anybody knows please tell me as I cannot find it anywhere else.

HP uses many different vendors for RAM, very hard to tell. You can use the following tool to see what are they

 

            https://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/cpu-z_1.95-en.exe
