Hi everyone,

 

I’ve contacted tech support about various issues constantly since I’ve had this machine (Omen 45L, which is still under warranty), five times in five months, and seem to always end up going in circles. The very first issue I contacted them about still hasn’t been resolved. 

 

I’ve had a recurring graphics problem that tech support keeps trying to solve with software updates, see the picture below, where every time I change tabs on a full screen program I get a randomly placed ‘checker box’ that flashes as I do so. This, in my previous experience, is the sign of a severe problem with the graphics card, though it seems support do not want to address this, no matter what I say. 

 

I’ve updated graphics drivers, I’ve updated windows, I’ve been forced to repeatedly update the bios (by support’s request) due to other issues, and I am worn out. They seem to refuse to go any further and fix a serious hardware issue with a machine under warranty.

 

I suppose my question is where do I go from here? I have severe depression and trying to fight support is no longer an option as it is making it worse. 

Any help is appreciated.
