Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Would you recommend this ram Crucial 8GB Single DDR4 2133 MT/s (PC4-17000) SR x8 Unbuffered Dimm 288-Pin Memory CT8G4DFS8213 or CT8G4DFS824A.

The intel memory specs for the processor your PC has indicate 2133/2400.

Unfortunately, I don't know what you could do about that other than to get a notebook cooling platform.

 

You may want to start a new topic on that.
