I recently purchased an HP Omen 30L pc. It has been freezing up on me since day 1, so finally decided to ship it back to them to repair. Today I got a email from them saying a fan wasn't working. My first question was, where is the Quality Control techs? and how did they miss it? It had to be the fan in the front, as there is 3 fans total in the unit and I can look in and see 2 of them running. Never got an error message or anything, would just lock up and at times I had to do a hard reset which corrupted some system files so had to reinstall windows. To anyone reading this that don't already own a HP computer; DO NOT EVER, EVER BUY ONE!!!
