I'm trying to use dual monitors and my VGA output is inactive

@Lexington2 , welcome to the forum.

 

I am not familiar with your computer other than the specifications, but it does not support Integrated Video.  Make certain that you are connected to the dedicated Video Card (AMD Radeon RX 580).  It only has a HDMI + 3 DisplayPort ports and no VGA.  See the section titled "I/O Ports and Jumpers/Back I/O ports" in the link that I provided for the ports that are on the motherboard.
