The support from HP is by far the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. I bought this junk of a PC end of may and it is now the third time the PC broke. It worked for exactly four weeks befor it broke the first time, does not boot up. Then it took two weeks to get it repaired. Then it worked for 8 dayes berfor haveing the same issue, does not boot up. It took almost 3 weeks until I could finally send it again to the repair shop in hungary. In the meantime I complaint at the complainment department of HP and got promised an warrenty extension. NEVER GOT THE EXTENSION. Still the warrenty is ticking down and I am sitting here with a broken PC. Then I got the PC back on thursday and stoped working friday evening, once again the exact same problem, does not boot up.  The virtual assistant barely functions and is no help. The whatsapp solution I tried multiple times, never got an answer or help at all. The call option most of the time just directs to a page were I got offered to pay for the care package which I am NEVER EVER gonna pay for, I wasted more than enough time and money with HP. There is NO WAY to contact support via E-mail. I am at the end of the line here especially with my nerves.
