i have an issue installing windows 10 on my omen obelisk desktop can you help how to install or how to set up bios?

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.  Also, what type of a problem are you experiencing?  What method are you using to install Win 10; thumb drive, Windows update assistant, etc.?  Unless your computer is older, you shouldn't have to change any settings in the BIOS/UEFI.
