I want to upgrade to a 3060-3070. do i need anything like a psu, motherboard, or cooler? also any ways to change the case?

@jezix1 , welcome to the Community.

 

The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP.  The most powerful PSU that HP offers is 500W.  The GTX-3060 requires at least 600W.  Therefore, you will not be able to run it.
