Hi I thinking about uprage my prpcesor for some RYZEN but don't know which one I can have it and which one is working.I try contact HP but that is no possible.I Got A10 with graphic card and I want maxximym from any other processor.I uprage already BIOS on 28 version but is nothing change I think.Anybody can help ?Thank you

Unfortunately, I could not find any definite info on upgrading to a Ryzen processor in the Willow motherboard.

 

HP lists the supported processors for your PC below, under the processor upgrade section.

But when is AM4 is must be working.I read something I need only upgrade bios and have 65 TDP but I don't know.if.anybody that try.Why not answear HP ?Because they want when we buy new pc .....

I know on HP is Max A12 but I have look on AMD and my board is HP B350 and can support Zen+ and Zen 2 and 3 with BIOS update but HP can't ask them and nobody try that if is work.I got some RYZEN 7 gen 3 but don't know if is work or not
