i have a pavilion tg01-1xxx with a erica3 87d6 motherboard and i wanna upgrade my gpu. what can i upgrade it with?

Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when adding or upgrading a video card.  Once you have read the article you will have a better idea of which cards will work.

 

The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP.  The most powerful PSU that HP sells is 500W (L05757-800).  Read the section in my article about the PSU and power required to run a video card properly.
