HP Recommended

my laptop shows that its on and makes a restart noise when i restart it but the screen shows up as black before this happend it was flashing black and white for about 1 minute before it fully stoped it was also making a strange ticking noise too but that stoped when the screen when fully black ( theres no way this is a virus as i dont dowload many things and its always from trusted sources)IMG_20231005_212652.jpg
