If the GPU information is not displayed in the OMEN Gaming Hub on your OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000,

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Update OMEN Gaming Hub

Ensure that the OMEN Gaming Hub is updated to the latest version. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft Store and searching for updates.

2. Update Windows

Make sure Windows is fully updated as sometimes an outdated operating system can cause compatibility issues:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  • Click on Check for updates and install any available updates.

3. Update Graphics Drivers

Ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date:

  • Access the Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting Device Manager.
  • Expand the Display adapters section.
  • Right-click on your graphics card and choose Update driver.
  • Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

4. Check OMEN Gaming Hub Settings

  • Open OMEN Gaming Hub on your laptop.
  • Navigate to the settings or configuration section.
  • Ensure that the application settings are correct and not restricting GPU data visibility.

5. Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub

A fresh install can clear out potential bugs:

  • Go to Settings > Apps.
  • Locate OMEN Gaming Hub, select it, and click Uninstall.
  • Reinstall the app from the Microsoft Store.

6. Disable Virtualization-Based Security (VBS)

If VBS is enabled, it might interfere with function in the OMEN Gaming Hub:

  • Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security.
  • Select Device Security and click on Core Isolation details.
  • Toggle Memory integrity to Off, if it is currently enabled.

Possible Reason for the Issue

The GPU information might not be displayed due to outdated software versions, specific security settings like VBS that conflict with gaming applications or driver issues. Compatibility problems with newer Windows updates or incorrect app settings might also lead to such occurrences where the GPU data is not displayed.
