Description:
Certain HP gaming laptops and desktops using AMD platforms experience issues verifying the identity or integrity of their Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip, resulting in TPM attestation failures. This affects the security and functionality that rely on TPM in various applications, possibly including games such as Call of Duty.

Resolution
To resolve this TPM issue, follow these steps:

Visit HP's official driver site to update your device to the latest BIOS version.
- Navigate to Official HP Drivers and Software Download.
- Enter your device's serial number, product number, or name.
- Select "Software & Drivers" and then choose your operating system version.
- Expand the "BIOS - Firmware" section.
- Download the latest BIOS version applicable to your device.
- Follow on-screen instructions for the update. A system restart may be required.

Check that your Windows PIN or BitLocker recovery key is reset if advised during the TPM initialization process.
