I recently purchased an HP laptop from Amazon, which was advertised as part of the Intel Software Advantage Program. However, after contacting Amazon customer support, I was informed that they are unable to provide the master code and advised me to reach out directly to HP for assistance.

As the laptop is part of the Intel Software Advantage Program, I kindly request your help in providing me with the necessary master code to access the benefits of the promotion. I would appreciate it if you could guide me through the next steps and ensure the process is completed as soon as possible.

To claim the Intel Software Advantage Program benefits, follow these steps:

1. Check Eligibility

Ensure your HP laptop is part of the Intel Software Advantage Program. The eligibility is typically based on the processor model and the retailer's participation.

2. Locate the Master Key

The Master Key is usually provided by the retailer (Amazon in this case) and not directly by Intel or HP.

Check your Amazon order confirmation email, product listing, or Amazon messages for any promotional codes.

3. Redeem the Offer

Once you have the Master Key:

  • Go to Intel Software Advantage Program
  • Sign in with an Intel account (or create one).
  • Enter the Master Key to claim your software benefits.
  • Follow the instructions to download and activate the software.

4. Contact Support If Needed

If you did not receive a Master Key, contact Amazon customer support and inquire about the promotion.
