Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0019tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I bought my HP Omen on 07-08-2021 for 1,20,000 INR and the laptop's warranty expired on 08-08-2022. On 11-11-2022 the laptop goes on fire and starts smoking out, only to find out from HP Care that it had a faulty semiconductor on board which is fried and now I have to pay 40,000 to get an entire new motherboard. I use nearly 30 HP products, from printers to desktops to laptops and this is the worst thing ever to happen. A laptop caught on fire just after 1 year 3 months from purchase, worst brand ever. Don't know what to say, but I'm definitely gonna try to return every hp product that I have, which is still under warranty.
