(1) Please change BIOS settings:
- System Configuration:
Virtualization Technology [Disabled] ( if you don't use VMware or WSL )
Battery Care Function [80%] ( has nothing to do with your topic, but better for battery life )
(2) Please send more screenshots:
- System Configuration > Boot Options
- System Configuration > Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology

(1) The official < Graphic Power Control IC Firmware Update > from HP does not work, as you have seen. You could contact HP and ask for a BIOS update.
(2) I would not recommend installing Windows 7. There is no driver support from HP.
