Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have purchased a scheme under HP back to college offer 2023 offer of Rs 5500 which was registered on 11-Aug-2023

My redemption code is : MUAX542455M

 

The protegent antivirus which is installed but cannot access it. The application is not been opening.

Please check the problem and let me know as soon as possible
