OMEN Laptop 15-En0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm having a HP  OMEN Laptop 15-en0xxx with the product 189N3EA#ABD. It has a 512 GB SSD.

I'm planning to add a second SSD, is this possible? If yes, I want to know which product will fit into my laptop?

Your machine is an  OMEN Laptop - 15-en0745ng, and manual for the series (page 2):

which shows you can add another M.2 NMVe SSD to your machine using

      Or similar from reputable vendors.
One example (compatible drive, can use smaller/larger capacity)
