Hi. As the title says, the computer after BIOS update no longer recognize my password. Im 100% sure its the correct password becase i use the same on all my notebooks.

There was another case like this:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/Forgotten-BIOS-password-on-an-HP-omen/td-p/72...

I've check with local support and they just blame me for this BIOS bug, and state that its not a fault of the device hardware and wont be covered under warranty. Seems like they dont see a BIOS that wont correctly store the password as a hardware fault.

Someone has any advice?
