Alan wake 2 freezes

Hello, Is it true that I have to set graphics to integrated graphics in Windows settings as well as in the Nvidia Control Panel for games to work? Otherwise, the games will not run and will show a black screen. This solution does not work in the case of Alan Wake 2!! And it keeps freezing, and only sounds come out! I updated everything, including Windows and graphics card.Thank you in advance
