Hello,

I did the BIOS update and I am writing this out of sheer frustration. I have followed every single troubleshooting step and updated my BIOS to the latest version (F.30), but my TPM firmware is still stuck on version 3.94.0.5.
Because of this, I am still completely blocked from using all features in Call of Duty. This issue has been ongoing since Black Ops 7 launched, and it is unacceptable that HP has still not provided a working solution.
I bought an expensive gaming PC but I am unable to play my favorite games due to HP's slow software updates. I need a clear answer: when will HP release a proper BIOS update that finally upgrades the AMD TPM firmware and fixes this block?

I understand your frustration.

@FabioWuyt,

 

With regards to BIOS Windows 25H2 updates, HP tends to lag behind Windows updates. That is normal. Meaning, by the time 26H2 is released, there'll probably be a BIOS 25H2 update.
