Hello,
I am using an **HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec1xxx** with the following specifications:
* AMD Ryzen 5 4600H
* 15.6" FHD 144 Hz Display
* 8 GB DDR4 RAM
* NVIDIA GTX 1650 Ti (4 GB)
* 1 TB HDD + 256 GB SSD
I have been experiencing frequent system crashes while using the laptop. At times the system displays a blue screen with various stop codes, and on other occasions the screen freezes completely, requiring me to forcefully shut down the laptop by holding the power button.
Below are the stop codes I have recorded so far:
* PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA— 0x00000050
* IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL— 0x0000000A
* SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION— 0x0000003B
* KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED— 0x0000001E
* MEMORY_MANAGEMENT— 0x0000001A
* DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL— 0x000000D1
* SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED— 0x0000007E
* IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xA)— “What failed: ntoskrnl.exe”
* DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xD1)
I am unsure if this is the complete list, but these are the errors I have documented so far. I would appreciate any guidance or support in diagnosing and resolving this issue.
Thank you.

Hi:
The first thing I recommend you check is the memory because the memory management error normally means there is a problem with the memory and your notebook my have a defective memory chip, which is causing all the rest of the problems.
Run the Windows memory test and if there is a bad memory chip, it should report the error in less than 15 seconds.
How to Run WINDOWS MEMORY DIAGNOSTIC TOOL in Windows 11\10 [EASY SOLUTION]
If the test indicates your notebook does have a defective memory chip, you will have to replace it.
Below is the link to the service manual which has the memory removal and replacement procedure.
