Backlit keyboard doesn't work HELP

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi  everyone , i have a serious issue with the backlit-keyboard . Well to summarize , It doesn't work , i've contacted the online support , sent it to Hp ( it  did work and now it doesn't anymore ) . I ve tried to press Fn+F4 , went to BIOS and enabled active key … Tried the F5 trick but nothing to do 

PLZ I need an answer ASAP

I reviewed your post and I understand that the backlight on the keyboard is not working.


Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.


I recommend you install system event utility from the below link and check if it helps.


If you continue facing the issue, then update the BIOS from the below link and check.
