I am having a big issue...i have a omen 15 dc0045nr i bought from a guy a few days ago and the cpu/gpu temps were a little bit too high for it and it worked just fine with no other issues...so I decided to redo the thermal paste...I used a non conductive thermal paste for it and when I turned it on the caps lock blinks 5 long and 3 short...tried all of the ctrl+b/v and everything else...checked the m.2 in my desktop and it worked just fine...so I took it to a local pc repair shop because I had no clue what was wrong with it...turns out the cpu and motherboard are dead and they told me they couldn't find new ones on ebay,aliexpress,wish,amazon...etc, does anyone here know where I could possibly find one? I dont want to have a gaming laptop as a door stop:/

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06177240
It has System board part # L24333-601. Did you know system board contains
- CPU which is Intel® Core™ i7-8750H (2.2 GHz base frequency, up to 4.1 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 9 MB cache, 6 cores)
- GPU which is NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1070 (8 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
- And license for Windows 10 Home 64
HP does not stock its system board, you have to search online including eBay. You can also use other (system board) options as shown on page 53 of the following manual
