Product: OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I got a system warning for my battery and based on it, I think it's about time I replaced it. 
Problem is I don't know where to order it from and what battery I should buy. Also, can I upgrade my memory and add a 3rd hard drive? Thanks in advance.

What is your OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx  ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

No,  normal Omen 15" machines only have 2 storage bays.

Your machine is an OMEN by HP - 15-ce007nv, its specs:

It actually uses different battery from the series, which is

 

            4-cell, 70 Wh Li-ion   - 70WH already

Its part # is 917724-855 which is N/A from HP part store

You have to use part # to find elsewhere for example
