Product: Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My laptop is 1.5 years old. The battery in getting discharged rapidly (like within some 10 mins) even when shut down. And once plugged in it is charging rapidly as well (from 15 to 100 within 10-15 mins). Can someone tell me if I need to change my battery or something else is faulty. Diagnostic tests suggests the battery health to be weak.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer.
