Battery life

HP Recommended
Hp omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I connect the charger on the pc in windows it says that the charger is connected but it is not charging, I did a battery test in the hp support assistance app and it said that the battery needed to be changed, I bought hp omen 15  the 1 month and a half,  I have a warranty. 

Hp change the battery?
