Battery plugged in - not charging

Nothing seems to be helping. I've done a BIOS firmware update and restarted a few times, but the BIOS menu is still the same, and the battery is still not charging.

but if you use only the battery does the laptop work? 

put the AC charger directly into a power outlet, without passing through a power protector.

It doesn't work solely on the battery; it immediately warns me to put it back on the charger. Otherwise, it turns off. Tried the direct plug in too, no change.

Done, no change (I've also tried this earlier).

It maybe that there is damage to the battery that is not detected, try opening the laptop and disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes.

I've also done that earlier, cleaned the fans, and applied fresh cooling paste on the core at the same time. Meanwhile, the battery was disconnected. It didn't help.

I do not know the model of your laptop, you have not indicated it in your message, it is always best to look for the original battery and not use other brands if possible.
