This gaming laptop was made in 2017 15 inch error is 9PPAK3-8LN9GT-MFPURG-C08E03 it says plugged in but not charging it said there was a problem I tried everything so can someone tell me what that code means and where can I replace my battery at I am so upset right now I just want to fix it

Your actual model number is OMEN by HP - 15-ce011dx
The battery for that is part number...

601 error associated with it usually means the measured storage capacity of the primary (internal) battery is less than 25% of the original storage capacity. In other words, its at its end of life.
But unfortunately HP doesnt sell the batteries for them.
I assume you are out of warranty.
How long ago did the warranty end? Perhaps HP might still help you out.
Otherwise, you will have to search the internet for a third party source for that battery part number like eBay or such.
