So I am having battery issue and my laptop is almost 2 years old and also I have the care pack. So do I have to pay money for battery replacement??

I hear your concern about the battery issue.  Could you please share your laptop’s serial number with me in the private message ? That will help me check the warranty details more accurately for your device.

 

For  consumer models, the battery typically carries a 1‑year warranty. Since your laptop is almost 2 years old, the standard battery warranty period has already passed. Also, the Care Pack you mentioned does not cover battery replacement, as it mainly extends coverage for other hardware components and services.
