Hi @Favascv03

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for sharing the battery diagnostic result. Based on the HP Support Assistant Battery Check, your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec1000 is reporting a “Replace” status for the primary battery.

This means the battery has reached a point where it can no longer hold or deliver charge reliably, and replacement is necessary.

Confirm Battery Health via HP Diagnostics (if not already done)

  • Restart the laptop and press Esc, then F2 to open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
  • Run the Battery Test again to confirm the result.

Check for BIOS Updates

Replace the Battery

  • Since the battery is no longer covered under warranty, you can purchase a genuine HP replacement through:
    • HP Parts Store
    • Or contact a local HP-authorized service provider for installation.

Recycle the Old Battery

If you’d like help identifying the correct replacement part number or finding a service center near you, I can assist with that too. You're handling this responsibly, and once the battery is replaced, your system should return to stable performance.
